Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every client to feel confident purchasing. If something has gone wrong, write to us at Santosh.k@phronesiz.com before raising a dispute — we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

1. General Principle

Our products are digital goods and professional services. Because significant time and preparation goes into each, refunds are limited and time-sensitive. We do not offer refunds on the basis of "changed my mind" once work has commenced or files have been accessed.

2. Letter Pack (₹999) — Digital Product

The Letter Pack is a digital product (editable Word templates + PDF guide) delivered by email immediately after payment confirmation.

Refund eligible: If we fail to deliver your files within 48 hours of payment and you have not received them after contacting us.
Not refund eligible: Once download links have been delivered to your registered email address. Digital goods cannot be "returned."
Technical issue: If you cannot open or access the files, write to us — we will re-send or resolve the issue at no extra charge. This is a technical support matter, not a refund matter.

3. Complete System (₹4,999) — Service

The Complete System is a service: you pay, then share a Drive folder of your case documents, and we build your recovery file from those materials.

Full refund eligible: If you cancel before submitting your Drive folder link (i.e., before work has commenced).
No refund: Once you have submitted your Drive folder link and work has commenced.
Dissatisfied with output: If the delivered file contains material errors or omissions attributable to us (not to incomplete documents you provided), write to us within 7 days. We will correct the file at no charge. We do not offer refunds for scope items that were never part of the agreed service.

4. Recovery War-Room (₹24,999) — Premium Service

The War-Room is a done-for-you agency placement service with significant preparation on our side prior to any introduction.

Full refund eligible: If you cancel in writing before your consultation call is held.
50% refund: If you cancel after the consultation call but before any agency introduction has been made.
No refund: Once an agency introduction has been made on your behalf.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email Santosh.k@phronesiz.com with subject line: "Refund Request — [Product Name] — [Your Name]". Include your payment confirmation number or Razorpay transaction ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7 business days via your original payment method.

6. Payment Gateway Disputes

We ask that you contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in your case being escalated to Razorpay's dispute resolution process, which takes longer and may affect your ability to purchase from us in future.
